The Heal Your Life® training July 2016

It is not often you undertake a journey of such magnificent, personal growth.  

It's not often you meet such wonderful people, who share so openly and honestly.  Where you feel privileged to watch people bloom like beautiful sunflowers, petals outstretched and greeting the day with such perfect optimism that whatever comes, it is exactly what they need.

It’s not often that those people immediately and unconditionally accept you into their tribe and become part of a beautifully embracing spiritual family.  Sudden adoption of sisters and brothers, receiving a multitude of invitations to visit their homes around world.

Although I had read Louise Hay’s books and would recommend them to anyone who wants to undergo a personal healing journey.  The deep inner work and learning I have undertaken about forgiveness, prosperity, abundance, freedom from criticism and judgements and how to uncover and release limiting beliefs has been truly transformational.  

For me the journey was both physical and spiritual.  I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 17 but became seizure free in my mid 20's.  In 2012 I had a breakthrough seizure and had to give up full time employment was redeployed from delivering youth work to a desk job and was reliant on taxis to take to and from my office.  My world had shrunk to the size of a walnut.  Although using Heal Your Life I had begun my healing journey and found part-time work with young adults and had begun using local public transport my physical journey to Birmingham for the training was the longest solo journey on public transport I had undertaken in 4 years.  It was incredibly freeing.

I can't fully describe in one blog post my emotional journey, I think for me the most profound work was connecting with my Inner Child and finding techniques which would successfully allow me to do that.  I think it was something that I hadn't managed to do alone.

I feel such deep gratitude, that my Divine appointment was July 2016 I had the perfect participants on the residential training to help me to develop and grow.  Thank you so much.
