100 Things To Do In 2020
I first discovered the idea of a 100 list in Leonie Dawson's My Amazing Life Journal. The basic idea is to create a list of 100 goals that you want to achieve in the coming year.
I've played along now for the last few years. 100 can sound really daunting, so you could start with 20 things you want to do in 2020 (or make those your priority). As you start you may find that you quickly smash 20 and want to stretch and challenged yourself with a 100 shiny goals list.
Here's how to get started.

Here's how to get started.
1. Write the numbers 1-100 in your journal or a note on your phone.
2. Write down goals you wish to accomplish it can be totally new things or things you just want to make space for in 2020.
3.Consider splitting bigger goals up, want to write a book might be write for an hour every day, research publishing options, get your manuscript proofread, publish your book. It helps to motivate you to check those things off one at a time.
4. Think big but keep it achievable my list includes a mahoosive event, visiting my son in china but also little goals the 12 films I want to watch in 2020 and the books I want to read.
5. Leave a little space for the opportunities you don't even know about. I usually finish my list around the end of January but I usually leave 20 spots blank as I might not know at the beginning of the year what opportunities are available later in the year.

6. Keep it a live document. I am trying to check in with 100 list once a month. I am also wanting to date each time I achieve my goal, so for example yoga I would like to record how many sessions I did.
